Come join our growing community of family yogis! Children and their
families will learn basic yoga poses and breathing techniques through
playful activities, music, and stories. Extended family members
welcome. No previous yoga experience is necessary. We require a
minimum number of students to hold the class. So, if you plan on
attending, please call or email to let us know.

The Spectrum has opened their
ample parking garage accessible from Pennsylvania Ave or Broad
St. You can use this parking while you attend classes at Sacred
Well. There is an elevator in the garage to bring you to street
level.
Being
new to yoga and trying to find the right studio can be a challenge.
At Sacred Well we have classes for the beginning to advanced student.
I designed the studio like a school so that as you progress there
is more to challenge you. Most students attend the Level 1 class
for two semesters then move to Level 1-2 and so on. As your
flexibility and strength grow then the more advanced asanas become
safer for you to attempt and easier for you to do.
We have all the equipment you will need to take class. You will
want to buy a mat at some point and we recommend certain mats
that we have found to be very good. We also have a booklet for
you so you can start developing that all-important home practice.
At first you will only need to do about a half-hour practice at
home then as you acquire more knowledge you will find it easy
and enjoyable to practice more on your own.
